SLEEP AND THE CHIROPRACTIC LIFESTYLE

Sleep is an often-overlooked component of a person’s overall well-being.  Getting enough sleep is crucial to learning and memory, when we rest our brains can input/integrate new information.  A lack of sleep can adversely affect our hormones causing an increase in appetite and weight gain. Sleep deprivation has been linked to an increase in mistakes.
